Ok, question--What gives the penis-envied United Nations the right to bully a Sub-Saharan African male (adult/child) to get the tip of his penis removed?

It's simple: Just unethically treat 28 million of those males [esp. in South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, and Zimbabwe] as lab rats for HIV/AIDS prevention and for their own pleasure, without even giving a DAMN about their feelings and their own basic birthright to their own body--#OMINOUS AS FUCK!

In this day...a male's own body [reproductively speaking] cannot be his own to clean and care for--FOR A HOUSEBOY.
